I have many years of broad HR experience, for the past five years focusing on Diversity and Inclusion.  This is where my passion lies as I know that an inclusive environment has so many benefits for companies big and small including:-

 

Innovation, employee engagement, attraction and retention, commitment and pride.

 

My experiences include working with a broad range of people from shop floor employees up to CEO level. I have worked in partnership with a number of established organisations, specialising in Diversity and Inclusion. Years of facilitation, training and coaching have given me lots of interesting experiences that I often draw upon during group discussions.

If the information IWS hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can notify and ask for this to be corrected.
